1. Our 30-Day Return Promise
We want you to love your purchase. If you change your mind, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the conditions below.
2. Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging, with any tags or accessories included.
- Products showing signs of use, washing, damage or missing packaging cannot be accepted.
- For hygiene reasons, opened items that come into direct skin contact (such as used mats or cushions) are only returnable if defective.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund items lost in return transit.
- If your item is defective, damaged on arrival or incorrect, we cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund — your choice.
4. How to Start a Return
- Email support@yogalove.site within 30 days of delivery with your order reference and reason for return (photos appreciated for damaged items).
- We'll reply within one business day with return instructions and the return address.
- Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unannounced returns may not be processed.
5. Refund Timeline
- Once your return arrives, we inspect it within 2–3 business days.
- Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- Original shipping charges are refundable only where the return is due to our error or a defect.
6. Exchanges
Prefer a different product? Contact us and we'll arrange an exchange where stock allows — simply follow the same return process and let us know what you'd like instead.
7. Warranty Claims
Manufacturing defects appearing within 12 months of purchase are covered by our craftsmanship warranty. Contact us with photos and your order reference and we'll repair, replace or refund as appropriate. Normal wear and tear, misuse and accidental damage are not covered.
