1. Order Processing
Because no payment is taken online, processing begins once your order is confirmed with our sales specialist and payment is completed. Confirmed orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
2. Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard shipping (domestic): 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- Express shipping: 1–3 business days where available — ask our team during order confirmation.
- International: typically 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed; carrier delays and peak periods can extend transit times.
3. Shipping Rates
- Standard shipping is a flat $6.95.
- Orders of $75 or more ship free (standard service, domestic).
- Express and international rates are quoted individually before payment.
4. Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive your tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is on its way, so you can follow it door to door.
5. International Shipping
- We ship to many international destinations; availability is confirmed during order confirmation.
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in our prices.
- Customs processing can occasionally delay delivery beyond our estimates.
6. Lost Packages
If tracking shows no progress for an extended period, or your parcel hasn't arrived within 14 days of the expected date, contact us at support@yogalove.site. We will open an investigation with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund once the parcel is confirmed lost.
7. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and items and contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy, at no cost to you.
8. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout and during order confirmation. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address, but we will always do everything we can to help redirect a parcel where possible.
